Questions, answered.

What planners usually want to know before booking — fees, formats, travel and tailoring. Anything else, just ask.

How do we check availability for our date?

Share your date, city and audience size via the contact form. A date is only secured once the booking agreement is signed, so early enquiries pay off — both the 2026 and 2027 calendars are open.

What does a keynote cost?

Fees reflect the format, location and length of the engagement. Keynotes, half-day workshops and virtual sessions carry separate rates, with bundle pricing when a talk is paired with books for every attendee. Ask for a quote and expect an answer within two business days.

How long is each keynote?

A standard keynote lasts 60 minutes plus 15–30 minutes of Q&A. Extended 90-minute editions and half-day workshops exist for all three signature topics on the speaking page.

Can the talk be tailored to our industry?

Yes — a discovery call with your team comes with every booking. Quillstead studies your sector, threads in your theme and adapts stories and takeaways, so the session feels made for your room rather than hired in.

Do you offer virtual keynotes?

Absolutely. Virtual keynotes run on whichever platform you prefer, with broadcast-grade sound and video, live Q&A and a recording licence for internal sharing over 30 days.

How do travel and logistics work?

With 12 countries of stage experience, the technical rider stays simple: a handheld or headset mic, a confidence monitor and an HDMI connection. Travel is charged at cost, and international engagements usually need a full rehearsal day on site.

Can we buy books for every attendee?

Yes — orders of 25+ copies ship with a team discussion guide and a signed bookplate in each copy. Orders of 100+ may add a 30-minute virtual Q&A. See the books page or mention it when you enquire.

What is the Saturday essay?

One brief essay on leadership and work, emailed each Saturday morning to 70,000+ readers. Free to receive, around four minutes to read, and every issue carries an instant unsubscribe link.
